The Movement · Employee+ powers all pillars

Play Your Part

You do not need to change the world alone. Start with one part.

Bhalai Foundation's participation movement for employees, citizens, families and companies. It turns small, practical actions into visible outcomes across work, society, future and earth.

Play Your Part
Why this movement exists

Good becomes stronger when everyone owns a small part of it.

Most people want to contribute, but they do not always know where to begin. They may not have time for large commitments, but they can give one hour, one interview, one skill session, one laptop, one referral, one tree adoption or one campaign day. Play Your Part makes contribution simple, structured and visible.

How volunteering works

Simple action. Real tracking. Visible recognition.

Register your interest

One form; your skills, languages and availability.

Orientation if needed

Short and practical — never a lecture.

Join a scheduled program

Drives, sprints, clinics, labs and camps.

Submit proof or attendance

So your contribution is verified, not vague.

Earn GIVE+ recognition

Points, badge eligibility — and the outcome in a GIVE+ Impact Card.

Employee teams

Bring Play Your Part to your workplace

Companies can run Play Your Part as a quarterly or annual employee movement. Bhalai provides the campaign calendar, volunteer roles, communication templates, registration forms, moderation, partner coordination, impact tracking and GIVE+ recognition.

Orientation

The founding volunteer batch

Bhalai is opening a founding volunteer batch of 50 volunteers for the first 90-day program cycle. This batch helps test and strengthen volunteer orientation, SpeedHire mentor workflows, Waste2Worth drives, Forest Forever participation, Money Safety Clinics and GIVE+ badge records.

Orientation format: a 60-minute online session, held twice a month during the founding phase (first date announced by email after you register). You will learn what Bhalai does, how the Bhalai Loop works, where volunteers contribute, what not to promise, how privacy and dignity are protected, and how GIVE+ badges work.

Code of conduct

The eight rules every Bhalai volunteer follows

  • Respect dignity. No pity-based language; beneficiaries are participants, not charity objects.
  • Protect privacy. Never collect, share or publish personal information without permission.
  • Do not promise jobs. SpeedHire supports preparation and access; employers make hiring decisions.
  • No personal solicitation. No selling services, collecting money, or asking beneficiaries for favours.
  • No political or religious pressure. Programs stay inclusive and purpose-led.
  • Show up responsibly. Attend on time, or inform the coordinator early.
  • Consented photos only. Never photograph people, children, homes, documents or sites without consent.
  • Report concerns. If something feels unsafe, misleading or inappropriate, tell the Bhalai coordinator.
