Shipping & Delivery Policy

What ships, what doesn't, and when it arrives.

Shipping, dispatch, tracking and replacement details for Bhalai Foundation merchandise and physical supporter products.

This policy applies to physical products from the Bhalai shop — T-shirts, badges, stickers, supporter kits and corporate kits. It does not apply to donations, digital sponsorships, program contributions, volunteer registrations or digital GIVE+ badges — nothing is shipped for those.

1. Where we ship

During the founding phase we ship within India, subject to courier serviceability for your PIN code. If your location is not serviceable we may arrange an alternative, delay dispatch, cancel the order or issue a refund.

2. Dispatch and delivery timelines

Most orders dispatch within 7–10 working days after payment confirmation. Some items are produced in small batches to reduce waste; campaign, custom or pre-order items may take longer. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days for metros, 5–12 working days elsewhere, and longer for remote areas. These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Courier and tracking

Shipments are fulfilled through courier aggregation partners (Shiprocket-class integration planned). Where tracking is available, we share the tracking link or number by email — and WhatsApp, once opt-in messaging is live.

4. Shipping charges and COD

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout or included in product pricing — no hidden fees. Cash on delivery is not available during the founding phase.

5. Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, delivery date, photos of product and packaging, and a short description. Approved cases receive a replacement, exchange, credit or refund depending on stock and issue type.

6. Failed delivery and incorrect address

Please provide an accurate address, phone and PIN code at checkout. Bhalai Foundation is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone, refusal to accept, or repeated failed attempts. If a parcel returns to us, reshipping charges may apply.
