Forest Forever
Forest Forever is Bhalai Foundation's Earth+ program for companies, employees and supporters who want tree planting to go beyond one-day photos. We focus on the full cycle: site selection, native species, planting, care, survival checks, employee participation and GIVE+ proof.
A planted tree is a beginning, not the result.
Most plantation drives end on the day of the event. Forest Forever is designed differently. We count care, survival and proof. The goal is not only to plant more trees, but to help companies and communities protect what is planted long enough to create real value: shade, cleaner air, biodiversity, local pride and long-term restoration.
A tree is not impact on the day it is planted. It becomes impact when it survives.
This is not theory for us. Since 2014 we have planted 21,368 trees with 16 local partner villages across 2,400+ activity sites — and held survival above 80% (17,564 trees standing at the latest field checks) by counting care, watering and protection, not planting-day photos. 19,041 of those trees are geo-tagged with AI-assisted mapping so every survival check can find them again.
These are our field records, now moving through GIVE+ verification — verified outcomes and carbon-estimate notes publish with the verified label.
Six steps from site to proof
1 · Identify
Select suitable locations with local partners, schools, communities, institutions or restoration sites.
2 · Plant
Use locally appropriate species wherever possible and record the plantation details.
3 · Protect
Plan watering, fencing, local care, maintenance responsibility and survival support.
4 · Participate
Employees and supporters sponsor, volunteer, adopt trees, visit sites or support care days.
5 · Verify
AI-assisted geo-tagged records, photographs, partner updates and survival checks at 6, 12 and 24 months — the AI mapping locates every tagged tree for each check.
6 · Publish
Verified outcomes publish through GIVE+ Impact Cards and Earth+ Reports.

Estimated carbon impact is always an estimate, never a carbon credit, unless independently verified under an accepted methodology. Employee volunteer hours and Green Footprint Points begin counting with the first GIVE+ cycle.
Points are awarded after proof, not promise.
Green Footprint Points recognise verified actions that reduce waste, restore nature, support reuse or improve environmental participation. They are not carbon credits. They are Bhalai's participation and proof score for Earth+ action — for employees, teams, companies and supporters.
