The standard

What we ask of every partner

Bhalai does not onboard partners on good intent alone. Depending on partner type, we may ask for:

  • Registration certificate and PAN
  • Address proof and authorised signatory details
  • Bank details and work profile
  • References and previous work evidence
  • 12A/80G status, where relevant
  • CSR-1 status, where relevant
  • Licences or authorisations, where relevant (e.g., authorised recycler status)
  • Child-safety / safeguarding approach when working with minors
  • Photo and story consent process
  • Compliance declarations
How onboarding works

Seven steps from application to scale

1 · Apply

Submit the partner form and tell us what you can support.

2 · Fit review

We review partner type, location, capacity, documentation and program relevance.

3 · Introductory call

Program fit, expected role, proof needs, risks and next steps.

4 · Document review

Relevant documents are collected and checked.

5 · Scope & MoU

A scope note or MoU covers roles, data, consent, reporting and communication.

6 · Pilot

Start with a small pilot before scaling.

Apply → Review → Call → Documents → MoU → Pilot → Review & scale
Founding cycle priority

Who we are onboarding first

  • 1. Colleges, ITIs and training institutes — for SpeedHire and Future+
  • 2. Authorised recyclers and refurbishers — for Waste2Worth
  • 3. Employers and recruitment partners — for hiring access
  • 4. Earth+ site partners — for Forest Forever
  • 5. Finance and health partners — for community clinics

Partner names and logos are published only after written permission. Depending on the partnership, partners may receive program acknowledgement, a GIVE+ Impact Card reference, participation certificate, field report copy, co-created campaign assets and access to future program cycles.
