Four Support Tracks
Bhalai runs four focused support tracks — recovery support, senior citizen care, learning access for students and dignified livelihoods. If you need help, know someone who does, or can help us deliver it, start here.
Real help, honestly recorded.
These four tracks are how we stand with people who are too easily overlooked — people rebuilding after recovery, senior citizens, students without tools and families who need one fair opportunity. If that is you or someone you know, reach out through any form on this page: we respond within 2 working days. If you can give time, skills or resources, every track has a place for you.
Support tracks
Recovery-to-Work, Age with Dignity, Future+ Learning Access and Dignity Livelihoods.
Working days to a reply
Every request for help or offer of help gets a personal response.
GIVE+ proof tools
Score, Impact Card, Employee Badge, Report and Dashboard — so you can see the work.
Fake claims
Verified data before publishing — targets are labelled targets, always.
Recovery-to-Work
Recovery should not end at treatment.

If you or someone in your family is finding their feet again after substance-use recovery, we stand with you: community outreach, referral pathways to qualified help, family support circles and honest preparation for work. We do not provide clinical treatment — we connect you to licensed partners for that, and we walk the road back to livelihood with you.
Ways in: ask for support or refer someone · mentor someone rebuilding · partner as a community organisation
Counters publish only from verified GIVE+ field records.
Age with Dignity
Care should reach before crisis.

For senior citizens and the families who care for them: health awareness, protection from digital and financial fraud, companionship visits and connections to trusted local care — reaching elders before a crisis, not after one.
Ways in: ask for support for an elder you know · volunteer for companionship and safety sessions · host a Money Safety Clinic
Counters publish only from verified GIVE+ field records.
Future+ Learning Access
Give the next generation tools, not sympathy.

For students who need a fair start: devices, mentoring, digital literacy, AI basics and career-readiness support — powered by Waste2Worth refurbished devices and Future+ Digital Labs. If your school, college or community centre has students who need these tools, tell us.
Ways in: request devices for students · bring a Future+ Digital Lab to your institution · mentor a student
Counters publish only from verified GIVE+ field records.
Dignity Livelihoods
One opportunity can change one family.

For people the job market overlooks — women returning to work, first-generation earners and vulnerable community groups: SpeedHire interview readiness, skills, Waste2Worth circular-economy roles and honest workplace pathways. We never charge candidates and never promise jobs — we prepare you properly and open real doors.
Ways in: join as a candidate · Her+ Returnship for women returning to work · hire through SpeedHire as an employer
Counters publish only from verified GIVE+ field records.
The proof checklist behind every published number
- Beneficiary list or anonymised register
- Attendance sheet
- Date and location record
- Photo consent forms
- Partner acknowledgement or MoU reference
- Expense and utilisation trail
- Outcome summary
- GIVE+ Impact Card
Photos publish only from real Bhalai or partner field activity, with consent. Where partner names are confidential, we label only the activity — never stock images as evidence of completed work. Partner categories used publicly: corporate volunteer partner, community implementation partner, academic outreach partner, health/financial-literacy partner, registered recycler/refurbisher, employer partner.
For CSR teams, institutions and grant reviewers
Bhalai's four support tracks are internally mapped to national scheme areas, so the same field records that help people also stand up as institutional evidence: beneficiary registers, attendance sheets, consented photos, partner acknowledgements and expense trails.

| Support track | Internal mapping (national scheme area) |
|---|---|
| Recovery-to-Work | NAPDDR |
| Age with Dignity | AVYAY |
| Future+ Learning Access | SHRESHTA |
| Dignity Livelihoods | SMILE |
Internal mapping describes how our tracks are designed against e-Anudaan/MSJE scheme areas. It does not claim an approved or received grant. Grant applications carry actual partner details, MoUs, registrations and audit trails.

This page does not claim approval, sanction or grant award unless officially confirmed. Application sequence for the first cycle: Future+ Learning Access (strongest student and digital-access design), then Dignity Livelihoods as SpeedHire records build; the senior-citizen and recovery tracks proceed only with qualified partners in place.
Documents maintained for submission: legal registration, authorised signatory details, PAN and bank details, governance details, program proposal, budget, activity plan, beneficiary criteria, partner MoUs or support letters, consent templates, reporting formats, financial utilisation records and the GIVE+ proof template.
