GIVE+ is Bhalai Foundation's impact proof system. It turns program activity into simple, visual and useful evidence for companies, employees, patrons and partners. Goodness should be felt. It should also be measured.
Without proof, impact becomes memory.
A campaign may feel good on the day it happens, but leaders, employees and communities need to know what changed after the activity. GIVE+ helps each program capture outcomes, participation, proof and repeatability.
One number that means something
A simple score out of 100 for company, team or campaign impact — built on the five-dimension impact logic: what outcome, for whom, how much, what contribution, what risk.

Where independent impact assessment is required by CSR rules, Bhalai provides monitoring data and brings in an independent assessment partner — we do not assess our own implementation.
Environmental action, without overclaiming
GIVE+ Earth Proof turns environmental action into transparent records. It does not overclaim. It separates targets, completed activities, verified outcomes and estimates — so trees, waste and carbon numbers always say what they are.

Bhalai does not claim carbon credits, certified offsets or official green credits unless the relevant certification or registration is actually completed. Until then, environmental estimates are always labelled as estimates.
